AI and digital sovereignty: is a Francophone model possible?

How can we design and implement an AI and digital governance framework that reflects the needs and priorities of French-speaking countries and regions? How can French-speaking states/governments and territories regain control of their digital destiny? This conference will explore public policies, national AI strategies, conditions for developing sovereign data infrastructures, and legal/regulatory innovations that can create a credible and resilient alternative to dominant technological models.
